PDF Filler is great
PDF Filler is great, I only gave it 4 Stars because the amount of features and functionality can be confusing and the interface is a little out-dated, but this is the most complete PDF solution available.

This program is SO easy to use and Efficient when you need to fill out forms for work but you cannot physically get to work to turn them in!

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

First time trying this app/website. So far it has worked perfectly for what I needed it to do. So only time will tell in order for me to find out if it'll work good for any other different edits I may need in the future. Only downside so far is when I first used it I just used it on their website and after I finished my first edit I went and searched pdffiller in the app store and I downloaded the app and I started my second edit thru the app. I noticed that when editing in/thru the app I didn't have at least 1 of the features that I had/used when I was doing my first edit so I ended up closing the app and finishing my second edit thru their website bcos the main reason I needed an edit document app was so that I could delete the pages from a few documents that werent needed to shorten the document itself and in the app it wouldn't let me delete any of the pages. The only option the app would give me that had to do with the pages was if I wanted to change the order the pages were originally in then I could choose what order I wanted the pages in but there wasn't any delete pages option but other then that I love pdffiller so far! Although I really wish/think the account subscription price in order to actually use the app should be cheaper. Which for the cheapest/bare minimum options they give you is $8 monthly which I think is expensive considering. I personally think it should be at the most $4 monthly. Or have an option where it's $2 monthly and then depending on how often you use it and what you have to use it for, then there should be a small $.75¢ - $2.00 charge/fee depending on what you'll be editing and how many tools you'll be using and then that should be how the company decides how much to charge per edit and then the customer can decide what exactly they want to do for edits and what they don't etc. I don't know I just think $8 monthly is really high especially for someone like me that will likely only use it a couple times a year and I'd be more likely to keep the subscription and not just do the free trial if it was lower then $4 a month otherwise it's not worth it for me to keep the subscription after the 30 day free trial but that's just me personally

pdfFiller is part of a VERY reputable company that stands by their quality and customer service. There are other similar programs out there, but this one offers much more functionality. Highly recommend if you need pdf editing.

Simple and easy document solutions
Its been less than 2 weeks and I have used this service quite a few times to fill in documents or customize documents. Its been extremely user friendly and I really like the verified signature feature. Its has simplified my document process so much. I'm looking forward to using these for Insurance accord documents which I see they have in the database for use.

What happens to OneDrive data when license is removed?
When a license is removed from a user, data that is associated with that account is held for 30 days. Note that files saved in OneDrive for Business aren't deleted unless the user is deleted from the Microsoft 365 admin center or is removed through Active Directory synchronization.
What happens when Office 365 license is removed?
”When you remove the license, all that user's data is held for 30 days. You can access the data, or restore the account if the user comes back. After 30 days, all the user's data (except for documents stored on SharePoint Online) is deleted permanently from Office 365 and can't be recovered.”
How do I remove a license deleted from Office 365?
In the admin center, go to the Users > Active users page. Select the names of the users that you want to delete, select More options (), and then choose To delete user. Although you deleted the user's account, you're still paying for the license.
How long do files stay on OneDrive?
OneDrive will now delete those local OneDrive files which are not used for a certain time period. The options available are 1 Day, 14 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days & Never.
Does OneDrive automatically delete files?
OneDrive deleting files After a period of tine, OneDrive will start deleting files automatically. This option to delete locally available cloud content can be found under the Settings app > System > Storage. Under the section of Storage Sense, the user needs to select Change how we free up space automatically.
