I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash. I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it. Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller. Thank you very much, the PDFfiller team. Wan Chan

Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

I received an auto-renewal subscription for our organization that was initiated by a previous officer and simply emailed my request for a refund and cancelation. I initially thought that PDFfiller was a free tool unless you actively initiated a subscription. Even though they asked me for my credit card information with a free 30 Day trial I forgot about it. When I got my next credit card statement showing I had been charged for the whole year I began a ticket with Customer Service. They were so kind as to immediately understand, cancel my subscription, and agree to issue me a refund. At the time of writing this, I am awaiting my refund as I just requested the cancellation today - but I must say that this gesture was amazing by PDFfiller and this review is the very least I can do. Thank you for brightening up 2020 a bit! Amazing business ethic and professional courtesy.
