I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

I use the website to do my W-2s and it… I use the website to do my W-2s and it was so easy. Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. To do a title page in MLA format, start by writing the title of your paper one-third of the way down the page, using normal title capitalization standards and not underlining or italicizing the title. Then, skip 2-3 lines and write your first and last name.
Title pages (also known as cover pages) in APA style look like this: They include the following elements: Correct formatting (font: Times New Roman, size: 12, spacing: double, margins: 1 inch) Header: Running head.
Title Page Type your title in upper and lowercase letters centered in the upper half of the page. APA recommends that your title be no more than 12 words in length and that it should not contain abbreviations or words that serve no purpose. Your title may take up one or two lines.
The title page, or APA format cover page, is the first page of a paper or essay. Some teachers and professors do not require a title page, but some do. If you're not sure if you should include one or not, ask your teacher.
