The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. This app/website is really good. It is easier and it has some features that is really useful if you're dealing with pdf files all day long. The downside tho, it is quite pricey for me. But if you're okay with the price, consider subscribe to their service, very recommended.

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

I received pdf's from an online class that the asked me to print out, complete, scan back. I just did not want to print mostly but the entire process ... you know. pdfFiller helped out a lot, especially with the symbols (might want to add music notes).
