I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. Initial problem was apparently that I had failed to save the (almost) completed form that I had made, and when I went bace to it, only the original blank form was available. I see the error of my way. Quite interested in learning lots more about program and the ways it couod be useful to me.

There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

What do you like best?
Easy to use and very flexible. Upload and go. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike?
Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Uploading and Filling out documents and signing them then forwarding to whomever...with ease.

I enjoy the feature that it has similar to PowerPoint. It helps you align your entries so that they look neat and comfortable for the viewer to read. The entries are convenient as I do not have to rely on drawing a text box. I would definitely recommend it to new users as well, as I am on myself. It Gives you a chance to try before you buy and has tools to help with almost all your legal questions and concerns!

What do you like best? PDF filler has allowed me to not only make forms being filled out easier but also allows me to keep them archived on their server so I had don't have to look for them. What do you dislike? I think the only downside I would say is the send to sign can be a little confusing. Some of my clients have had issues trying to sign things when I've used this feature. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? The only time I've had issues is when a form wouldn't load to the system. Customer service has always been great helping me out. They usually have the problem resolved quickly

Great Customer Service I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)
