This is only used once in awhile.
Being able to take a PDF and change it to Word document. Being able to add comments to a PDF is easy as well.
This needs easier user instructions so use can make the changes needed. It can difficult to find the processes.

It's the best tool for PDF editing I have found so far

Too expensive if you're not a business user (the price is too high for myself when I need the tool for a few times during the month, so it doesn't worth the price)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works perfectly as an editor, so I can easily change my documents with minimum effort.

Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

this is the best product I could find…
this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. How do you change the size of a shape in Word?
In the “Picture Tools” tab, click the “Format” tab. To resize a picture, enter the Picture Format tab, and then enter the measurements you want for Height and Width. If you are resizing a shape or object, go to the “Shape Format”, and enter the measurements for “Height and Width”.
Why can't I Group A picture and a shape in Word?
Press and hold CTRL while you select the shapes, pictures, or objects that you want to group. , and then click Group. If you do not see the Drawing Tools or Picture Tools tabs, make sure that you selected a shape, picture, or other object. You might have to double-click the object to open the Format tab.
