It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

What do you like best?
The ability to create drop down boxes. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike?
Unable to copy and paste drop down boxes, and would prefer that the drop down menu goes away after making a selection.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.

It is great for what I am using it to do, however there is likely much more I don't know about yet.
After 2 weeks, I know much more and find the took extremely valuable. Don't know how I worked without it.

Nice service, but would like a little more friendly option to save to computer without having to go through all the extra verification security steps.

Price could be cheaper. Functions are not through out. Sometimes the convert docs from pdf to word are not correct
