Its been a good experience so far. Although I have only used the service approximately 5 times it has been an efficient way to produce some general documents.

I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

How do I fill out a stock transfer form?

How do I fill out a stock certificate form?
Research how your name appears on your account at the firm, which will be receiving the stock. Make sure that your name is correct. If not, then contact the firm or your broker to make the correction. Fill in the number of shares that you hold in the appropriate section of the form on the back of the certificate.
What do you do with a stock transfer form?
Stock transfer forms are the documents used to transfer shares in UK companies. They record the details of a share transfer the buyer and seller, the number and type of shares and how much is being paid for them, otherwise known as the 'consideration'.
Where do I send stock transfer forms?
The form will need to be sent to HMRC for stamp duty. Note: Stock transfer forms do not need to be sent to Companies House. If you made the transfer through Inform Direct, Companies House are notified electronically.
What is consideration money on a stock transfer form?
1) Consideration Money: If the shares are being transferred in exchange for cash, please write in the amount of money being paid. If no money is being paid and the transfer is exempt from stamp duty because it falls within one of the categories listed in section 9 (for example if the transfer is a gift), write NIL'.
Do stock transfer forms need to be stamped?
You cannot currently post stock transfer forms because of coronavirus (COVID-19). If you only have a paper copy of your form, you need to scan it and send by email. You must also pay the Stamp Duty within 30 days of the stock transfer form being signed and dated. You may get a penalty if you do not pay on time.
How do I assign a stock certificate?
Take your stock certificates to your financial institution. Sign your name on the back of the stock certificates exactly as it is appears on the front. Enter the name of your brokerage firm in the Assign to field, which ensures that only your broker can negotiate the certificates.

Locate the Company. The first step is making sure the company is still in business. Find the CUSP Number. The Secretary of State's office in the state of incorporation must be listed on the stock certificate. Contact the Transfer Agent. Complete the Transfer Form. Place an Order. Keep Old Certificates.
