Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. What do you like best?
The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program.
What do you dislike?
The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

I really like the capability of downloading forms, completing them and signing to send off.
I wish I did not have to log in each time. That would be a great plus as I work for several clients and need the quick ability to do a form and send to them.

Is it safe to post a picture of your diploma?
The diploma itself isn't supposed to be a secure document, and is given to people to post on walls, not to present as verification of a degree. A quick google image search reveals that many, many people have posted copies of their diploma's on the internet, so it's not like this would be a rare commodity.
Can I post my diploma on social media?
When graduation time comes around, do not post pictures of your degree certificate on any social media platform. Data shows that those who are in the business of selling fake degrees scour the internet in search of graduation day selfies.
Is it okay to post a picture of your passport on Facebook?
Don't post a photo. Photo renditions (scanned copies) of your driver's license, passport or other ID. Even if you just got your first ever driver's license, do not scan it and post it on Facebook.
Will my diploma say I got my degree online?
The short answer is no, there will be no mention that you took your degree online. Your diploma will look the same as a traditional student attending the brick and mortar institution.
