It is a simple process to upload, fill out typed forms, e-sign, and save/print externally.
What do you dislike?
I have not been able to drag and drop from outlook '07. The additional step of saving a document locally and then uploading seems unnecessary.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very intuitive product that can one can pick up and become proficient with little training or experience.

I have been able to keep from printing countless documents that only need a quick signature only to be scanned in again and emailed out. There is a huge time saving as well being able to cut out those middle steps.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Cost effective and top class customer support,
integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.

What do you like best?
Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used!
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does.

The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.
