Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.
They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.

What do you like best?
I use it everyday for certificates of insurance, the program is very user friendly
What do you dislike?
I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.
