If you’d like to stop using SigniFlow we recommend you do the following:

Sign in to your SigniFlow account

Navigate to settings or your subscription and payment information

Find the Cancel subscription option (or similar) and click it

After you’ve canceled your SigniFlow subscription, you will no longer be charged for it. Now you can switch to pdfFiller to edit, collaborate, store, locate, and audit documents within a single, easy-to-use solution.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.
