What do you like best?
The ability to easily sign documentation, and have these pages sent directly to their intended recipients from one location. That it is cloud based and it's easy ability to integrate with our existing customer support solutions and office365

Their is very little to dislike by this platform, but the ability to add multiple sources for example if I want to print and email a copy of a document at once would be good. It's quite clunky at the moment, requiring us to save and then go back into the system and request print when we need a hard copy of the documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use, and very competitive pricing. If you compare this product with the more expensive competition it does all of the same things but at considerable less cost. I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking at obtaining signatures or sharing documentation via the cloud. The control panel is very innovative and makes requesting/creating documentation very easy for end users.

We have literally saved countless reams of paper and many man hours through using this software. Documents can be electronically signed, and sent and you can even request a signature for documents. Collaborating with staff and end users is made very easy through the user interface that is provided and you can easily see which users have signed the documentation or even request reminders when documents remain in a pending state.

Very easy to use
Very easy to download a document, fill in the required fields and electronically sign. When I had a small issue customer service solved it quickly.

Excellent cloud based software that I am able to use on any computer!
Easily able to share between documents that are signed between multiple people.
I love that I am able to use the software on any computer or phone with ease along with signing PDF documents!
I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. How do you activate a PDF?
Open your PDF Complete Application from the Start Menu. From the menu bar, select Help and choose To activate. Note: If the option to Activate is grayed out, it means that the software has already been activated. Continue through the Activation Wizard to activate the software.
