The best PDF converter Excellent. My current job is as freelance translator, and sometimes my customers send me the documents in PDF. for me, it's easier to work with WORD format. You can convert any type of file into editable one. In case of scanned PDF, it doesn't work.

What is a good Payroll to Revenue Ratio benchmark? Most businesses will fall between 15% and 30%. According to PwC, manufacturing was at 18%, hospitals at 45% and insurance companies at 9%.
Depending on the sector of your business, you may spend between 40 and 80 percent of gross revenues on employee salaries and benefits combined. Salaries alone can account for 18 to 52 percent of your operating budget, according to the Society for Human Resource Management.
Generally, payroll expenses that fall between 15 and 30 percent of gross revenue is the safe zone for most types of businesses.
Percentages. According to Second Wind Consultants, if you spend between 15 and 30 percent of your gross revenue on payroll, your business is likely in solid standing. If you are in the service industry, your payroll costs could encompass more than 50 percent of your gross revenue.
Typically, labor cost percentages average 20 to 35 percent of gross sales. Appropriate percentages vary by industry, A service business might have an employee percentage of 50 percent or more, but a manufacturer will usually need to keep the figure under 30 percent.
Formula. If expenses are $60 and revenue is $80 (perhaps net of interest revenue/expense) the efficiency ratio is 0.75 or 75% (60/80) meaning that $0.75 are spent for every dollar earned in revenue.
Expressed as a percentage, the operating expense ratio is your total operating expense (excluding interest), minus depreciation, divided by gross income. The normal operating expense ratio range is typically between 60% to 80%, and the lower it is, the better.
Divide the profit by the sales to find the portion of each dollar you keep as profit. In this example, divide $90,000 by $575,000 to get 0.1565. Multiply the result by 100 to calculate the return-on-sales ratio as a percentage.
