So far so good. I don't particularly like receiving notification of pricing terms after I've done the work of filling in the form(s). You should present pricing up front. Otherwise, I appreciate the service you're providing.

Not the easiest to figure out initially, and detailed instructions are a bit hard to come by, but it seems to do what I need it to do to make signable forms and merged PDF's.

I like that we can search the internet for fillable forms. I also like that we can email and fax right from pdffiller

The only issue I have had is when using the iPad or iPhone version. The dates become messed up for some reason. Very simple to fix once I’m back in a computer though.

Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Thrilled with this app!
After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!
