An Alternative To Adobe
Run a small business without additional Adobe and DocuSign subscriptions....
It is a great value and it surprises me with new features on a quarterly basis. When I need new functionality I search for it and am no longer surprised when it is there!
I wish it would break down .PDF text into MS Word documents.

What is the white stuff farmers put on their fields?
That white dust is agricultural lime, sometimes called alive. It is a soil conditioner made from crushed limestone. Once the lime dissolves, it releases a base that lowers the acidity of the soil. Farmers apply lime to increase yields.
Is agricultural lime harmful to humans?
Safety is relative. Lime, in general, isn't inherently toxic. Because lime's sole purpose is to increase the pH of acidic soil, it's an incredibly alkaline substance. Lime's alkalinity means that when pellets make contact with skin (human or animal), it can cause some serious irritation.
Is lime dust harmful to human?
Eye HazardsLime can cause severe eye irritation or burning, including permanent damage. Inhalation HazardsLime dust is irritating if inhaled. In most cases, nuisance dusts masks provide adequate protection.
What does agricultural lime kill?
Also called calcium hydroxide and slaked lime, hydrated lime is highly caustic and can burn skin and eyes. It is used in cement and mortar, and it can kill a number of lawn-inhabiting parasites, such as fleas. Farmers often use it on outlying lands to protect animals from parasites that can sicken or kill them.
Can lime kill you?
Lime has also shown some effectiveness as a natural insecticide, since it causes insects to dry out and suffocate. Unfortunately, lime kills all insects, including beneficial ones, and it can also kill your plants if you use too much.
Is too much lime bad for lawn?
The main thing you will notice if you have added too much lime to your lawn is the fact it is now turning yellow. If you have added too much lime you may have raised the pH level from a low level that is acidic up to a high level that is alkaline and ideal level for grass is a natural level of around 6-7 pH.
Do farmers put lime on their fields?
Lime can be applied at any time of the year but mid-summer and autumn is an ideal period as soils are drier and firmer. There are more spreading opportunities after silage and when the grazing rotation is extended later in the season.
How do you apply lime to a field?
Make an initial pass over the planting surface with fertilizer, and then repeat with lime. If your lawn or crop field already has a neutral pH balance, it's only necessary to apply lime once every two years. An excess of lime can result in iron chlorosis, which results in yellow or even dead grass.
