Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. Even tho ' it side we'd successfully down loaded the doc - but it appears it kept downloading the same sample doc and not the one I'd sent him to sign,

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

Easy to edit.
I had a little trouble completing the form correctly but it was my fault. I went back and made corrections easily and all seems fine.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

What is a stackable table?
A standard table compares individual data points with each other. In a stackable table, parts of the data are adjacent or stacked/nested vertically or horizontally. Each of the tables displays a total amount, broken down into sub-amount.
What's the point of nesting tables?

Just add sample data with table columns like you would display in a spreadsheet. I tend to use ASCII tables - use the code format button, and then use spaces to line columns up. For a spreadsheet, maybe export as CSV, use spaces instead of commas, and then tidy in the Stack Overflow editor.
