I did not know about PDFfiller.com but once I found it and realized what great features were offered and how easy it was to navigate and use, I was definitely impressed. Over all really helpful, especially with me filling out awards and scholarships for grade 12. Only issue I had was when typing the text box wouldn't fit as nicely as I would have liked it to, so lines ran through the text and made it a bit harder to read.

My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

Easy to use. I would like a feature to more easily type in info on blanks on pdfs. Text boxes are clumsy and it is easier to just handwrite the date.

I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.
