I don't pay for PDFfiller so I can only say speak to the ease of use on features that I think are available.
I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. I am a rookie user born of necessity since some pdf forms I needed to fill out on a website were not cooperating. I'm hooked. I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.
