What do you like best?
Ability to use templates was the most helpful. I like PDF filler because I can encrypt and decrypt documents, merge PDF files, crop or rotate PDF pages. It's fairly easy to use but the interface isn't great.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is not intuitive for me. I liked all other features and don't have much bad to say. I'll continue to refer people.

Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

Filled My Document My Way
Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

Filling out a Federal claim form, but people were sending me versions (Word, PDF, etc.) and they were all junk...not very professional looking. Lots of problems with layout, font size. Found this pdfFiller and I completed the form in a matter of minutes (struggled for hours with the others).

How long keep e verify records?
Effective January 1, 2016, E-Verify transaction records more than 10 years old will be deleted from the system. You will no longer have access in E-Verify to cases you created prior to December 31, 2005.
What happens if you e verify late?
An E-Verify case is considered late if you create it later than the third business day after the employee first started work for pay. If the case you create is late, E-Verify will ask why, and you can either select one of the reasons provided or enter you own. The reasons provided are: Awaiting Social Security Number.
What does it mean when E Verify needs more time?
A case result of Verification in Process means that DHS cannot verify the data and needs more time. The case is automatically referred for further verification. DHS will respond to most of these cases within 24 hours, although some responses may take up to 3 federal government working days.
How long do you have to e verify an employee?
The E-Verify Verification The verification can be completed before the employee begins work for pay. The latest three days after the new hire's first day of work for pay, unless the employee will work for fewer than three days. For them, you must verify no later than the first day of work for pay.
Do I have to e verify existing employees?
Unless an employer is a federal contractor with a federal contract containing the FAR E-Verify clause, it cannot use E-Verify for existing employees. Employers should not go back and create a case for any employee hired during the time its account was inactive and there was deliberate non-use of E-Verify.
Can you stop using e verify?
Can an employer quit using E-Verify? Yes, assuming state law does not require it. For employers to stop using the system, they must continue using the system and, per the signed Memorandum of Understanding, provide 30 days written notice to the government.
What happens if I 9 is not completed in 3 days?
You may not use the I-9 form as part of the applicant screening process or background check. If the new hire does not present acceptable identification documents by the end of three business days after the first day of work for pay, you may terminate the employee for failing to complete the I-9 form.
What happens if an employee does not complete i 9?
You may terminate an employee who fails to produce an acceptable document or documents, or an acceptable receipt for a document within three business days of the date employment begins. Employers that fail to properly complete Form I-9 risk violating section 274A of the INA and are subject to civil money penalties.
