If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller
Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

Accidental annual subscription
I had accidentally signed up for a 1-year subscription and PDFFiller were very very friendly and ended the contract for me after all and refunded my money straight away.... I think any other company would have left me out in the cold and kept my money, because it was obviously my mistake with the forgotten cancellation... really a big thank you and also for the fact that the support took care of it so quickly. How long are the most commercial leases?
Average commercial lease lengths are 3-5 years, however it's contingent on market conditions, the existing condition of the space, your credit, and the scope of tenant improvements needed. In a hot market landlords are going to push for a minimum of 3-5 year leases.
Are commercial leases monthly or yearly?
Rent Per Square Foot xx per square foot of the leased space. This can be expressed either as an annual or a monthly amount: Annual quote: A 2,200 square foot office space is quoted rent of $11.50 per square foot. This works out to 2,200 X $11.50 = $25,300 per year for rent.
Is NNN monthly or yearly?
The estimated operating expenses (aka NNN) are $10 per square foot per year. The total yearly rent you would pay equals $40 sf per year. So if you are leasing 3,000 sf then your yearly rent would be $120,000 or $10,000 per month.
How do you calculate commercial rent?
Multiply the amount by the rentable square footage to determine your monthly cost. Divide that amount by your usable square footage to calculate your actual price per usable square foot.
