User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. That I can't upload more than one document at a time even though there is an option for uploading multiple documents and that whenever I print or save a document the program doesn't revert back automatically to my "inbox"...it's just a lot of clicking...too many steps to get from "a" to "b" sometimes.

I use my pdffiller for all my real estate needs!
I like the convenience of uploading docs from the internet
I don't like how files are stored, it requires too much renaming.

It's too early to comment about my experience. I started using this software today. Whatever I work I did today . with the software was a satisfactory. I need to try many other features and train myself using this software, before I can comment about my overall satisfaction.

Writing this though cause their support is swift and reasonable.
I accidentally left my subscription running for 3 months after just using the free trial for 1 PDF edit.
After 1 email they refunded all 3 payments without making me jump through hoops.

Really easy to use
The web interface is really easy to use.
The "wow" feature for me is that you can setup a default signature and copy and paste it on documents as you need.
This has saved me from losing time with some legal documents I need to sign while I'm away.
