Works well with scanned pdfs to You can wite-out on the page when you need to change some data. You can highlight, it has most features like other pdf programs. The time it takes to upload takes longer than with adobe acrobat.

duplicate pages I like being able to duplicate pages, that was super helpful. It was easy to add the text boxes where I needed them. The only trouble is in downloading the document to my regular google drive. Wish that was more straight forward.

What do you like best? I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness. What do you dislike? I have not found anything that I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I save time by not having to print and scan forms and also saves paper.

Structure lets you create and manage hierarchical lists, called structures. A structure may contain Jira issues, folders and other types of items. The hierarchy depth is not limited, and you can bring together issues and other information from multiple projects across company's portfolio.

JIRA will add up all the Sub-task hours to show you the total. You can then use Story points or Sub-task hours on your Sprint Burn down chart. A Task, on the other hand, is at the same level as a Story. But it's a stand-alone issue type that can't be broken down into Sub-tasks.
A task in my opinion belongs to a single user story. The backlog is based on user stories only, so their story points are summing up the effort of all their subtasks (but of course, in Jira the subtasks don't have story points). As you said, a subtask is something that should be done in one day at the best.
