I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website. My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me. Thanks

Tips for Formatting Your Letter should be simple and focused, making the purpose of your letter is clear. Left justify your letter. Single space your letter and leave a space between each paragraph. Use a plain font like Arial, Times New Roman, Courier New, or Verdana.
Business Letter Formats. Most business letters must include a return address (letterhead or your name and address), date, an inside address (receiver's name and address), a salutation, body paragraphs, and a closing. However, there are several ways to format this information.
Know your format. Include your address and date. Include the recipient's address. Write the salutation. Write the letter. Include a signature. Remember your enclosures. Follow the four PS: Proofread your letter carefully!
Use Sir or Madam if you do not know the recipient's name. Dear Sir, Dear Madam, or Dear Sir or Madam are all perfectly acceptable salutations for a formal letter. This is slightly more personal than a general salutation.
To label an envelope correctly, start by writing the return address which is your addressing the upper left corner. Next, write the first and last name of the person you're sending the letter to in the center of the envelope.
Informal letters may be handwritten. If you are typing, use 10- to 12-point font and single line spacing for composing your letter. Include a margin of one to one-and-a-half inches around each page. If you are writing your letter as an email, use block format, regardless of formality.
To write a formal letter, start by putting your address and the date at the top left-hand side of the page, followed by the recipient's name and address. Then, open your letter with a formal salutation, like “Dear Dr.
