Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

PDFfiller was easy to use and the electronic signature feature was great. When I had a small issue customer service responded quickly and solved the problem right away.

I have nothing I really disliked, I had no problems downloading the document, filling in the required fields and electronically signing them.

What is photo licensing?
A photography license is a contract in which the photographer grants specific rights to the client who wants to use your image(s) for a stipulated amount of time. The client is free to use the photos in any way that doesn't go beyond the scope of the agreement.
How much does it cost to license a photo?
Per Use: $250 per license use on image. If Client wants to use Image A, the licenses could be broken into billboard ($500), social media ($250) and print use ($250). Therefore, Image A would cost the Client $1000 for one image with these three license uses.

For example, use rates for what you described, assuming it's a national campaign, run anywhere from US$2500 on the low end to US$6000 on the high end, not including digital capture and imaging expenses which can tack on another $2-4000.
