Amazing software
Amazing software, Unreal flexibility for the price. Only thing I would change is possibly the phone numbers as we are not all in US. All in all, saves hours a week.

Good layout and simple to understand
Good layout and simple to understand. However, while editing I realised that it does change the original size of the item when it is converted the format.

PDFiller
I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out.
Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. How do you make sealing wax for letters?
Melt a tiny bit of bee's wax in the aluminum tin. Also cut two(2) one inch lengths of fabric glue stick and put it into the tin with the melted bee's wax. Remember: after the bee's wax melts, swirl it around the tin to thoroughly coat the inside. After you do that put the fabric glue sticks in.
How do you seal an envelope?
To use this method, get a small bowl and fill it with warm water. Lightly moisten your sponge, q-tip, paint brush or cotton swab in the water and swipe it across the glue of the seal. Fold the moistened flap and press down on it to seal the envelope.
