An all in one PDF app for your files One of the most complete and useful tool to work with your pdf files. The amount of options to edit and do things with your PDF files is just amazing, for example in the editor feature you can add text, modify tables, add checkmarks, search and replace, edit text, makes notes and so on, and like this there are a lot of options for your file, like the possibility of add a personal sign, or insert and image, or make a password, this a really amazing app for your PDF fIles. I really do not have any complain about this app, because it comes with all the tools that you need to work with your PDF files, even the free version as powerful as the pay one.

What do you like best? GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything! What do you dislike? I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

Include Your Business Details. Include Your Client's Contact Information. Assign an Invoice Number. List the Services You Provided. Include Payment Terms. Provide a Payment Due Date. List the Total Amount Owing.
Invoice reference number. Every simple invoice must have its own unique number. Seller's name, address, and contact details. Buyer's name, address, and contact details. Invoice date. Total cost and breakdown. Payment details. Due date.
Open Microsoft Word. Click on File and select New. Enter Invoice into the search field, and Word will bring up all available invoice templates. If you're using Office Online, there is a series of templates on the homepage. Choose the template you want to use.
Create a Professional Layout. Your invoice should look professional. Include Company and Client Information. Add an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Due Date. Write Each Line Item with a Description of Services. Add-up Line Items for Total Money Owed. Include Simple Payment Terms and Payment Options. Add a Personal Note.

Open your invoice template. Add the date. Enter the invoice number. Fill out the customer name, address, reference and/or order number. Enter a description of the goods or services. Total the costs and double-check your math.
Go to Invoices > Overview. Click New Invoice and pick your client. Select Create a blank invoice, then click Next Step. You'll see a blank invoice. You can add a subject line, specify a due date, add taxes, re-order your invoice's line items, and more. Click Save Invoice.
