Love this program! It allows you to download any document and make it your own. No more handwriting which leaves room for errors. The only part that confuses me is the saving of a document to be used over and over... haven't quite figured that out yet.

I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

What do you like best? - Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange) - Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc) - Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents What do you dislike? "Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? - Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms - Templates are easy to build - Data integration across platforms is easily possible - Easy to send out for signature capture

Needed something to fill out a form in… Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.

Explain precisely what your request is. Mention the reason for the request. Use polite language and a professional tone. Demonstrate respect and gratitude to the reader. The content of the letter should be official. You may provide contact information where you can be reached.
To write a letter of request, start by greeting the recipient with Dear, followed by the person's last name and title, or To Whom It May Concern. Then, briefly explain who you are and why you're writing in the 1st paragraph. Next, provide additional context and details about your request in the 2nd paragraph.
Step 1: Focus on the recipient. Remember: Your message to the important person should be focused on THEM. Step 2: Sell your benefits. Let's face it, you're trying to sell yourself here. Step 3: Make saying no impossible.
If you need a favor from a person, don't apologize. Make the person feel honored in your letter. Make it clear to the reader why you are asking for a favor. If you are asking too much from the reader, be persuasive in making the request reasonable. Compliment the person but avoid flattery.
People always resent being ordered around so make sure to avoid using imperatives when making requests. Saying, Give me some time off will never please your boss. Instead, start your request politely, for example, I'd like to request some annual leave, or I'd appreciate it if you could give me your feedback.
Get the timing right. Make sure you deserve it. Build a business case for it. Preemptively point out the downsides and offer solutions. Know your own power. Realize the answer might be no for reasons that have nothing to do with you. If the answer is no, find out what it would take to change that.
Generally, managers are pretty open to the idea of discussion while having lunch or over coffee. You can directly check with him. Ask him for his time and let him know what you'd like to discuss. Just request him politely to spare time for this meeting. Tell him why you are requesting meeting on a short notice.
Don't Respond Immediately. First things first, you want to do your best to avoid replying to your boss right then and there. Evaluate The Situation. Determine Your Best Method For Response. Craft Your Response. If You're Agreeing. If You're Turning Your Boss Down. If You're Confident The Request Is Unethical. Document It.
