Good for someone who isn't tech savy
While I'd like to think I am pretty good with a computer -- I am by no means the level of a graphic designer or anything like that. But I do a lot of work with pdfs that need to be tweaked a bit and this is easy to use!
The initial use can be a little daunting to someone who is new. But it's easy to figure out once you get a hang of it.

How do I switch from breast milk to formula?
By slowly replacing breastfeeding sessions with formula, your body slows down milk production to prevent engorgement. Dropping one breastfeeding session at a time helps make the transition slowly. Every few days, drop another session until you've transitioned. It's easy to drop daytime sessions first.
How do you supplement with formula?
Introduce your baby to the ideas of a bottle and formula as slowly as possible. Take several weeks if you can. At first, try a bottle with breast milk in it. If that goes well, try a bottle of formula at the feeding time your baby is least interested in (be sure to check out our options, here).
Is it OK to supplement with formula?
Giving your baby formula in addition to breastfeeding is called supplementing. It's completely OK and perfectly safe to do, and many families choose this type of combination feeding method, whether out of necessity (e.g., low breast milk supply), convenience, or simply a personal choice.
Does supplement with formula reduce the benefits of breastfeeding?
Eight out of 10 new moms say supplementing with formula allowed them to breastfeed longer than nursing alone. Many nursing moms find success by supplementing with formula. In one survey, 9 out of 10 moms said this feeding choice gave them and their babies the benefits of breast milk and the flexibility of formula.
Is it OK to supplement formula at night?
Although the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends exclusive breastfeeding until a baby is at least six months old, supplementing with formula also has benefits. Breastfeeding during the day and bottle-feeding at night allows you to get more sleep since it lets your partner participate more in feeding your infant.

When can I stop supplementing with formula?
Breastfeeding can still work really well in all these ways, whether the baby is also having some formula milk. It is sometimes possible to stop using formula milk after the baby has started eating other foods, usually from around 6 months. As your baby eats more food, he will need less milk.
How much do I supplement with formula?
If you supplement with one or two bottles of formula a week, the effect on your milk supply should be minimal. But if you supplement with formula regularly, for example, for one feeding a day, and don't pump, your milk supply will adjust to the reduced demand.
