I had such hassle trying to find something to edit my work PDF timesheets, then I came across PDFfiller & it solved all my problem, so easy to use & takes a fraction of the time to fill in my timesheets & email them back to work. I would recommend this product to anyone

Filling in the pdf was great, however when I saved the file using "Save As" the text was not spaced out in the boxes but overwritten making it difficult to read.

I've tried their product once when I had to modify some PDF documents very quickly. I was very happy to find something really helpful and easy to use because the interface is userfriendly, everything is intuitive with an option to get back and redo what you need. I had to register, inclusive my card for one trial month in order to download my new edited docs.

What do you like best?
Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use

What to bring when you sign a lease?

Can you sign a lease if you are on another lease?
The co-signer offers a safeguard to the landlord as a source of income he can collect from should the primary borrower default. Co-signing for an apartment lease does not affect your ability to get other credit or your own apartment rental lease -- unless the co-signed lease is in a negative status.
Can you rent an apartment if your name is on another lease?
If the primary borrower on the co-signed lease stops making payments, it could affect your ability to get an apartment rental lease in your own name. When the primary borrower defaults on his lease, the landlord may evict the tenant, send the debt to a collection agency or sue you in civil court.
Can you live with someone without being on the lease?
Yes, someone can live with the tenant without being on the lease. However, it is important to distinguish the difference between a guest and a long-term guest.
Do both husband and wife have to sign a lease?
There is no law that says you and your spouse must sign a lease when you rent a home together. The law does, however, give your landlord some rights too -- and the landlord is within his rights to insist you both sign.
Is a lease valid if only one tenant signs?
Broadly speaking, the lease will be enforceable against the party or parties who signed the lease, even if others did not. For example, sometimes a lease will provide that it is not valid unless it is signed by all named tenants, so that if only one tenant has signed the landlord may deny occupancy.
How far in advance should you sign a lease?
Most lease agreements require the tenant give at least one month's notice before vacating the unit. Some require longer such as 60 or 90 days notice. Do not sign too far in advance for a rental house, or you might end up responsible for paying rent on two units.
Should I sign a lease before move in date?
You should aim to send the lease to your tenants 5 weeks before their move-in date. Let your tenants know when you expect the lease returned to you. This will help ensure you get it back in a timely manner. If you require they return it in 5 days, you'll be right on time to sign the lease 30 days before they move in.
