overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

What do you like best?
Simple, online services that can be accessed anywhere as long as you're online, Really helpful for road-warriors, salesman on the go. User friendly and output file as your preferred file-type.
What do you dislike?
Need online access, sometimes struggling for no network access, helpful if you have the mobile apps for signing PDF Files. Also would be great if can be exported in secure PDF

Do judges appoint counsel?
A person for whom counsel is appointed shall be represented at every stage of the proceedings from his initial appearance before the U.S. magistrate judge or the court through appeal, including ancillary matters appropriate to the proceedings.
Can a judge appoint a lawyer?
In criminal cases, if you cannot afford a lawyer, the court will appoint a lawyer for you, like a public defender. But in civil cases, you do not have the right to a court-appointed lawyer so, if you cannot afford your own lawyer, you have to represent yourself.
How do you qualify for a court appointed attorney?
If you qualify for a court-appointed attorney, you should be able to get one even at this late stage upon your request. Go to the courthouse and request a form to request a court-appointed attorney, and make sure that it is acted upon by the clerk immediately given that time is of the essence with trial approaching.
Can a judge deny you a public defender?
Yes, the court can refuse to appoint a public defender if your case is in municipal court and the prosecutor is not asking for jail time. Also, you can be refused a public defender if you were able to pay the bond and get out of jail.
Is a court appointed attorney any good?
Court-appointed lawyers aren't automatically less skillful than retained counsel, and are often just as good or better. If a person does not have the financial means to hire an attorney, courts will appoint a lawyer free of charge in all cases, including misdemeanors, that have the possibility of incarceration.
What is appointment of counsel?
Right to counsel means a defendant has a right to have the assistance of counsel (i.e., lawyers) and, if the defendant cannot afford a lawyer, requires that the government appoint one or pay the defendant's legal expenses. The right to counsel is generally regarded as a constituent of the right to a fair trial.
What qualifies you for a court appointed attorney?
If you've been charged with a criminal offense and lack the resources to hire legal representation, you may be entitled to a court-appointed attorney. Defendants who meet certain low-income criteria are assigned either full-time public defenders or private lawyers appointed by the court.
What qualifies you for a public defender?
To qualify for a public defender, a person must have an income that is no more than 25% above the poverty line, based on the number of people in the household.
