I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

What do you like best? It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures. What do you dislike? The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

Displaying plans Navigate to Admin > Account > Account Details. Click Export. The data will be exported to the account administrator's email in XML format. You can then convert the XML data into your preferred format.
The FILTERS panel is on the right side of the Tickets tab. You may need to toggle the Show/Hide filters button to see it. Use the Search field to quickly find filters set up for your organization. You can also use various date and time filters, including custom date fields created by admins.
Quick guide to creating a new filter in Freshservice: Click on the Tickets tab to open the Ticket View page. Select either classic List or Kanban view.
