I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online.
It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

PDFfiller has great customer support
PDFfiller offers a great service, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to use it enough.
But that truly sets this business apart from the competition is their customer service.
I've never seen any other CS that would respond so quickly, be so attentive and managed to resolve my issue so promptly.
I cannot recommend them enough.
