I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. My handwriting seems to get worse with age and in this world of no typewriters for forms that need to be readable I have at odds when it comes to filling out many of todays forms. To date PDFfiller has proven to be a god send for my dilemma.

The website said there will be no charge for 30 days but my card got charged 1 dollar. This is clear misleading attitude. I did not find half a star to give.

This is an amazing service. Makes it easier when you cannot find the forms you need, otherwise.
My parents were unable to purchase mail forwarding services through Canada Post website. A Google search brought me to pdfFiller website and I was able to fill out the form easily. Canada Post really pushes to do these things online & we were unable because their website would not load.

Can medical records be faxed?

The Privacy Rule allows covered health care providers to share protected health information for treatment purposes without patient authorization, as long as they use reasonable safeguards when doing so. A laboratory may fax, or communicate over the phone, a patient's medical test results to a physician.
Is faxing a HIPAA violation?
Q: HIPAA does not address faxing patient information specifically, but, like any form of health information, it is protected under the privacy rule. Health care professionals need to understand that faxed patient information can easily fall into the wrong hands, which would be a violation of privacy.
Are faxes HIPAA compliant?
The HIPAA Privacy Rule does not prohibit a covered entity from faxing PHI, however healthcare providers are required to take appropriate security measures. There are three areas healthcare fax solutions must meet in order to be HIPAA-compliant: Faxes sent over the internet can be automatically encrypted.
