I felt very mislead, I entered a lot of info onto a form and was only told when I tried to print there was a charge. There was a monthly charge shown but when I selected the monthly option the cost suddenly shot up

I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
