I am glad to have this filler. At my school we are trying to go paperless. It is expensive. Sometimes hard to maneuver and cumbersome to use. Once I get the hang of it and use it more often I am sure I will become more adept at using the filler.

I was able to upload and edit a document. I sent it to someone across the country who printed, signed it and sent it back. I then e-signed it and submitted it to a third party successfully.

I was able to edit the pdf appropriately. When I converted to a word document, the places I had checkmarks in the pdf did not align properly in the word document, but that's really the only issue I had.

I was searching for a tool that allows me to modify, sign and create all-in-on documents and finally I found it here with you, for that reason I subscribed.

So far, so excellent. User experience takes a little getting used to, but a quick google shows you how to do it. And I haven't found anything yet that it wont do. Great tool. Used it for about 40 documents so far. Splicing things together, re-wording and cutting and changing dates. Basically editing everything imaginable in pdf.

What is the formula for transformation efficiency?
It can be calculated by dividing the number of successful transform ants by the amount of DNA used during a transformation procedure.
What is a normal transformation efficiency?
This is divided by the amount of DNA used in the transformation and expressed as transform ants per microgram of DNA. Transformation efficiencies between 10^6 and 10^9 represent the normal range for competent E. coli cells.
What factors affect transformation efficiency?
The factors that affect transformation efficiency are the strain of bacteria, the bacterial colony's phase of growth, the composition of the transformation mixture, and the size and state of the foreign DNA.
What is the transformation efficiency of E cold?
cold (Subcloning Efficiency)? Transformation efficiency is defined as the number of colony forming units (CFU) which would be produced by transforming 1 kg of plasmid into a given volume of competent cells. The term is somewhat misleading in that 1 AEG of plasmid is rarely actually transformed.
