Easy to use online PDF editor
This is an easy to use app, which allows the editing of PDF files from any source with multiple tools to work on any pdf document of the company, it is a solution for filling out forms, it allows inserting comment or image. I can also combine, divide and reorder, cut, place header and footer, watermark text or image in my documents and has a preview panel. As it is an online editor it does not consume resources on my pc and it is compatible with all browsers
You can edit documents from any device but it is mandatory to have an internet connection to use it, so you can not have it as the only editing tool.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

So helpful. I can fill out the form instead of scanning, printing, filling out, and then scanning again so that I can send it back. I did try other programs... this one is by far the very best.

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

I work as a Legal Assistant. PDF Filler is the ONLY user-friendly platform that does EVERYTHING I need it to do. Resource how-tos are easy to understand and implement... as is everything in PDF FILLER.

What do you like best?
PDF is accessible and gives me the tools I need to edit, review and send docs. I like the ability to change my signature and erase as needed.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes erasing can be problematic, but nothing a little patience can't deal with. Would be nice to be able to erase large segments, sort of like making a large text box.

It's great.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Basically getting and sending signatures. Saves quite a bit of time and of course, the wait for something to get thru the snail mail.

What is a year-to-year lease?
year-to-year tenancy An agreement in which the landlord leases property to a tenant for a year, and the term renews automatically until sufficient notice is given. The length of notice to terminate this type of tenancy varies depending upon the state in which the premises are located.
What is a 1-year lease agreement?
Between a landlord and tenant for the renting of property in exchange for rent. It outlines the terms and conditions of the monthly rent in addition to responsibilities. A standard lease is most commonly a 1-year agreement with payment due on the 1st of each month until the end of the tenancy.
What does a 1-year lease mean?
It can be from one to many pages, but in general, a lease defines exactly how long you'll be renting the apartment (six months, one year, two years and so on) and exactly how much money you'll pay in rent each month (and on what day). Both the landlord and the tenant benefit from a lease.
What is a 12-month apartment lease?
If a tenant signs a 12-month lease, you are not able to raise the rent for at least twelve months. On a month-to-month rental agreement, however, you can raise the rent as often as you wish, and in smaller increments to avoid chasing tenants away.
Can you get a 1-year car lease?
Yes, you can lease a car for one year, but it's not usually a good financial decision to do so. Much of a car's depreciation occurs in the first year. For the leasing company to be able to make money, they're going to have to charge a very high monthly payment. For that reason, a one-year car lease will be expensive.
