The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

I love being able to use PDFfiller. It sure makes completing forms much easier and quicker than printing them and writing forms out.
Some forms are not able to be saved after filling them in. They save blank. I have to download the form and then save it to a file.

I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here
If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller
