What do you like best?

PDF Filler saves us time in several ways: 1) saves time spent scanning documents, 2) makes completion of third party forms faster and more professional looking, 3) enables editing of existing PDF documents (rather than editing in Word, printing or saving as a PDF and re-signing), and 4) Digital signing.

What do you like best?
I love that this is a user friendly and cost efficient alternative to PDF editing. I have found that it can do everything (and more) than other services can. It is easy to use and excellent solution for our company
What do you dislike?
The SINGLE thing that I am not a fan of is the fact that encrypted pdfs can be sent but NOT returned encrypted. Sometimes I will send a form to an employee and need the PDF to be encrypted returned back to me and there is no option for that.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The encrypted services have been a burden but the benefits are abundant. It is a great tool and I love that I can send our employees forms to fill out and they can receive/return them from their phones.

Makes creating and filling out forms a breeze! Overall, if you need to have PDF forms in your life, you couldn't ask for a better solution than this. I'm just waiting for the day when it the basic version isn't free anymore--let's hope it never comes! We live in the twenty-first century. So few things rankle me more than seeing someone's sent me a Word document and pretended it's a form. The same is true for people who send me PDFs and expect me to print and fill them out by hand. PDFfiller is the solution to all these problems and more. It makes the sending and receiving of forms so easy that even a kid could do it. I really have no complaints about PDFfiller. It does what it needs to do quickly and easily, and it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. Even things that once seemed formidable to me (for instance, the dreaded splitting and combining of PDFs) is easy with PDFfiller.

When recording hours worked, it's a good idea for employees to sign their timesheets. However, employees are not required by law to sign timesheets. Asking employees to sign their timesheets can improve accuracy and help you in case of a wage and hour lawsuit.
Many employers require employees to complete and sign timesheets to record their attendance at work. Legislation and regulations also require employers to keep records of hours worked for some employees.
According to federal laws, employers should retain timesheets for a minimum of two years. Employment records comprise information about the employee's job assignments, performance, discipline or corrective action, and any contracts or agreements, such as a collective bargaining agreement or employment contract.
Getting employees to turn in their timesheets isn't always easy. So employers make ultimatums. If you don't turn in your timesheet, you won't get paid. This isn't legal, however. The Department of Labor requires that employers pay their employees regardless of a missing time card.
