Besides being a great product Support is Outstanding
Besides being a great product, I would like to express how good the support is.I worked with Sam for over an hour, He went way above and beyond helping me with my Zapier Integration. Most companies would have just said that is "out of scope" Or "not my problem" Not these guys, they logged into my computer and dove deep into it and fixed my problem. Also keep in mind, I am only on a basic plan and they treated me like I was spending $1000's of dollars with them.

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
