It was a life saver for me as I transitioned my insurance business. It looks so much more professional to import supplemental applications and forms and complete them with a keyboard. Pretty easy to use. There is a good selection of forms to choose from. I used it to fill out CRPs for my renters. I wish you could re-open a form that you had saved and make changes to it...maybe you can, but I couldn't figure out how.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

How do I format a merge field?
In the template document, while the merge field is selected, do the following to display the field code: Press Shift + F9 on Windows. Remove \\* REFORMAT from the field code. Enter the switch in the field code. For example: Update the field: Press F9 on Windows.
How do you mail merge and keep formatting in Excel?
In Excel, select the column that contains the ZIP Code/Postal Code field. On the Format menu, click Cells. Click the Number tab. Under Category, click Text, and then click OK. Save the data source. Then, continue with the mail merge operation in Word.
How do I keep a percentage in a mail merge?
Find the field that includes the percentages from Excel. Press “Alt + F9” on your keyboard to reveal the merge field codes. Alternatively, you can select “Tools” and “Options” from the toolbar, choose the “View” tab, add a check mark to “Field Codes,” and click “OK.”
Can you mail merge from Excel?
When you run a mail merge, your Excel file will get connected to your Word mail merge document, and Microsoft Word will be pulling the recipients' names, addresses and other details directly from your Excel worksheet. The columns in your Excel sheet should match the fields you want to use when doing a mail merge.
