I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

I am taking online college courses and this has been a miracle for me to fill and physically sign forms, I have a touch screen computer so I can physically sign with my finger. Really love it.

Due to a mixup a annual membership was bought. Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. If ever in need of a service, PDFfiller will get my business!

Functionality. But some links could be more clearer. For example, how to delete an entire line from a pdf? I figured it out but took some trial and error.
