The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

I did a lot of shopping , signed up with a few other apps, once I tried this one,I went back to all the ones I was on a free trial with and cancelled . This was the one. It was easy and I was able to use it the way I wanted immediately and have been using it almost every day.

It's been a nice use-friendly experience overall. I like the way pdf found elsewhere could be easily pulled into (uploaded) the program without a glitch. And I really that all my documents are saved into the same system even those docs complete a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised. I would like to continue learning more about all the features your platform is offering. Especially the signing and sending of docs to others. I sincerely sense these is going to be my 'go-to' platform for many of my pdf needs. I need to keep on top & keep up ;).

It is not very difficult to navigate, but I do have issues with finding some of the documents I need. Plus, I feel that the pricing of basic level is too much. I am a person with a limited income and can not afford much. I need this program to help with my taxes and a few other documents, but I can not afford to pay an entire years worth!

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! Great software program, lots of useful and dynamic features, good trial offer - better than all comp., fairly user friendly interface given some basic computer skills, etc. There are a few limitations or features that if were avail., I would increase my rating to 5 instead of 4. Thank you..

How do I break up a protected PDF?
Download and install the program.
Select Split mode of the program.
Add PDF file.
Prepare PDF file.
Choose split type.
Specify the output location.
Split password-protected PDF file.
How do I unlock a locked PDF in Windows?
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page.
Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it.
Click Open.
Enter the user password.
Click UNLOCK.
Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
How can I open a locked PDF file?
Open Locked PDF. After launching Chrome, open a new blank tab. Drag and drop your password-protected PDF into this tab.
Remove Password. After opening the file, click the “Print” button in Chrome, and choose to resave it. The newly saved PDF file does not have a password anymore.
How do I remove protection on a PDF?
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
