Amazing software except for the licensing. I just want to pay for when I need it. For a business the month to month is great, but for a single time user it is a bit tougher.

I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

it's pretty good. sometimes when you edit, it looks like your edits are going to look funky, but when you print it looks alright. I wish it matched the text font and size as the original. You kinda have to hunt around and size accordingly

I have been using PDFiller for 2 years now, and it doesn't disappoint! It is easy to navigate around, and just as easy to save on to your computer, send as email or just print right away. I also like the new function of saving repeated work as a template. Thanks so much for a great product!

What do you like best?
The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times!
What do you dislike?
Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing.

How do you amend a deed?

It is possible, however, to amend that record by adding a newly executed deed, usually called correction or corrective deed, deed of correction or, in some states, deed of confirmation.

Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.

Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
