I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

I am having some difficulties with the…formatting and printing
I am having some difficulties with the form printing properly. The formatting does not transfer for printing to landscape and thus loses portions of text contained within the form.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. I was blown away when using the editor for the first time and I inadvertently closed my browser, all of my edits were saved and waiting for me when I returned to the site - even before creating a user account! Now that's nice!

Good product with a few minor changes
You need to be able to increase font size on just one word or 1 line, not the whole document. Also ther should be a notice when you have come to your margin so you don't keep typing and have to redo. But all in all it worked as it said and did a good job for me.I will use this again, many times. Thank you

How do I add a TXT record?
Log into the One.com control panel. Click DNS settings on the Advanced settings tile. Go to DNS records. Under create new record, click TXT. Enter the following details: — Leave the hostname empty, or add a subdomain. Click Create record to save your settings.
How do I add a TXT record to Google?
Sign in to your Google Admin console. At the top of the Admin console Home page, click here to continue setting up the Admin Console. Click Verify. Click Continue to verify your domain with a TXT record. Click Copy to copy your unique verification record.
How do I add a Google site verification TXT record in GoDaddy?
On the Products page next to the domain you want to verify, click DNS. At the bottom of the Records table, click Add. Open the instructions for the type of verification record you want to add to your domain's DNS records. Add a TXT verification record (most common) From the Type list, select TXT.
How long does it take for a TXT record to update?
If your domain was previously set to Use Third Party Hosting, updates can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate worldwide, though we find it's typically much closer to 6-12 hours.
Can a domain have multiple TXT records?
2 Answers. Multiple TXT DNS records are perfectly acceptable. In fact, I think one of my domains has about 6 of them. In Amazon's DNS tool, Route53, if you're trying to create multiple TXT values that share the same name, you should surround each value in quotes and separate by a carriage return.
Can I have multiple TXT records?
Multiple TXT records are completely legal per the DNS standards. Multiple TXT records implementing a specific standard can potentially be illegal, but only within the scope of that one standard.
Can you have two SPF TXT records?
Duplicate SPF TXT records Another commonly violated aspect of SPF is that a domain may only have a single SPF record. That means you can only have a single DNS TXT record that begins with v=spf1. Having multiple records by definition of the RFCs should result in a permanent error.
