It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

The "Draw" tool needs to have an option to match the color on the picture or PDF page so when you're drawing you don't mess up your picture so bad!

What is an upgrade license?
A competitive upgrade license is where you pay to upgrade your software but also change the software that you are using. For example. You want to change the antivirus software that you use on your network but are reluctant to do so as you have an existing license agreement, and you want to avoid hefty new license fees.
How do I update my Citrix license?
Open www.citrix.com/account and logon with your username and password. Click View Licenses from the Licensing section: Click Activate and Allocate Licenses menu, select Deserver license, and click Continue button.
How do I update my Citrix license server?
Open the Citrix download page and log on with your Citrix ID. Download the latest version of the installation files from Citrix Downloads. Open the License Server Web page. Select Administration and log on. Start the CTX_Licensing installer package on the License Server.
How do I transfer my Citrix license to another server?
Install the license server software on the new server. Return the licenses via the Citrix portal, then renew them for the new server. Apply the licenses to the new server via the admin console on that server. Update the existing farm to point to the new license server (Citrix policy)
