I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Great product at a great price w awesome customer support

I love PDF filler overall. It is a little cumbersome for my purposes because I'm printing out documents for patients while they are seated in front of me. The pages take time to load. Maybe that is my computer. I have to click several times to get to the final print link. But, I like the ease of editing documents.

So far it has met my needs and wants. While there has been a struggle with removing the Electronic disclosure page, their technicians and chat support are quick to respond.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Easy to use. Mostly used for inserting signatures.
Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).

I love PDFfiller for its multifunctionality - you can edit documents, send them, sign them, store them. I spend 50% time less in my email now and forgot my Dropbox password as such since now I store everything here
If the contract has more than three pages, it might take a while to upload it and reopen it in PDFfiller
