Fabulous addition for the office!!…
We added this for our company in the office as a tool to try out and make things easier. Honestly I have used it far more than I thought. No more printing out anything to fill out and sign it and then scan it back and send it. You can upload and fill in the spaces, check any boxes and sign it, save it and email it right over, and it looks so much more professional too.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. How do you apply the Currency number format?
Tip: To quickly apply the Currency format, select the cell or range of cells that you want to format, and then press Ctrl+Shift+$. Like the Currency format, the Accounting format is used for monetary values. But, this format aligns the currency symbols and decimal points of numbers in a column.
How do you format Currency numbers in Excel?
To do this, select the cells you want to format. Then, select Currency from the Number Format drop-down list in the Number section of the Home tab. The numbers in the selected cells are all formatted as currency with Windows' default currency symbol applied.
What is the difference between currency and accounting number formats?
The Currency format places the dollar sign right next to the number. The Accounting format aligns the dollar signs at the left edge of the cell and displays a dash for zero values.
How do you format a cell?
Select the cells(s) you want to modify. Selecting a cell range. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Number Format command on the Home tab. The Number Formatting drop-down menu will appear. Select the desired formatting option. The selected cells will change to the new formatting style.
How do you enter accounting format in Excel?
Hold “Shift” and click this cell to select the entire range. Right-click anywhere inside your selected range and choose “Format Cells” from the pop-up menu. Click “Accounting” from the list on the left side of the window that appears.
What does accounting number format do in Excel?
Like the Currency format, the Accounting number format is designed for numbers with currency symbols. The main difference between Currency and Accounting formats is that Accounting aligns currency symbols to the left in each cell, and displays zero values with a hyper.
How do you enter formulas into Excel?
On the worksheet, click the cell in which you want to enter the formula. Type the = (equal sign) followed by the constants and operators (up to 8192 characters) that you want to use in the calculation. For our example, type =1+1. Notes: Press Enter (Windows) or Return (Mac).
