The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

This is exactly what I needed to be able to edit some documents from 1999 for which I could only obtain pdfs.

What do you like best?
We have used PDFFiller for years. I like the ability to use editing tools other apps charge extra for. The ability to use the mobile app was especially useful when we were in a bidding war for the purchase of our home. We were able to edit and sign purchase agreement on the fly.
What do you dislike?
User interface has not been updated in a while and feels a little clunky.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have clients sign documents and contracts. We are able to edit PDFs directly rather than scanning or retyping documents in a word prove easier.

I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory
What do you dislike?
when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time,

i usually use pdFiller to edit the shipping documents that are not in compliance with requirements that officials need for format of the documents , contents of the documents ,such as some information are missing as the documents
