Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. The usability of PDFfiller is outstanding for people with minimal backgrounds in working with document software. I like that we can make our documents interactive and can use templates to start off our documents without having to plan too much.

Enjoyable and functional.
Ease of use, functionality, and security features. I like the automatic lock out for the encryption and I enjoy the accuracy in identifying areas that need to be filled out.
That I cannot move folders within folders under the encrypted area. I would like to be able to drag folders into other folders. I would also like to merge more than 5 documents at a time.

I use pdf filler for anything between signing contracts and making NDAs. It's easily recognizable and has a good reputation.
The verified process and the ease of use.
It can get too expensive at times if you aren't getting discounts or special offers.

Very pleased with the customer care
I was new to using pdf filler and had a small technical issue with text auto deleting, so I hopped onto the chat where Sam helped fix the issue using screen share via a Zoom call, he kept me informed of what he was doing and the issue was resolved quickly.
